WHAT TO DO WITH THE DRAFT ORDERS

ā Step 1: Convert Draft ā Order (but keep it $0)
Ā
Inside Shopify:
1. Open the draft order
2. Make sure:
⢠Product = Swap Correction
⢠Total = $0
3. Click āCollect Paymentā Then drop down to Mark as PaidĀ

š This turns it into a real order in your system
ā No charge to customer
ā Now you can create shipping labels

ā Step 2: Create the shipping label (for the KIT)

Now inside that new order:
1. Click āCreate shipping labelā
2. Ship TO the customer (their normal address)
3. This is for:
š The swap kit package (bag + label + instructions)

This label is NOT the swap label

š This is just:
YOU ā CUSTOMER (sending the kit)

ā Step 3: Add tracking automatically

ā You can send it to the customer
